1. Educate your clients on the key benefits of Sliced Simple.
   • Remind them that it helps them manage their home search, saving them time and effort.
   • Explain to your clients that the MLS is the most comprehensive, accurate database of homes available. Recommend that they use Sliced Simple to search the MLS and remind them that the many other home search sites contain inaccurate or out-of-date information, often leading to extra work and frustration.
   • Encourage them to communicate through Sliced Simple. By leveraging the partnering capabilities of Sliced Simple, you and your clients can work together more efficiently.
2. Let your clients know that Sliced Simple is a paid benefit that they are receiving from you and that you can only grant access to a limited number of your clients.
3. With your buyers, remind them that you are working hard for them, and expect that if they find a home through you or Sliced Simple, that they will make a good-faith effort to work with you. Place new leads on Sliced Simple’s home alert service by saving a search and sharing it with them. Your lead will receive alerts via email for any new or updated listings that match that search. The email appears to come from you and contains your branding. This powerful drip campaign provides your leads with the market knowledge they’re looking for so they can contact you when they’re ready to shop for a home.

Grant full access to Sliced Simple to your active clients. These clients will receive home alerts, but can also sign in to Sliced Simple and collaborate with you.
